If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
- All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
- Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) to be returned and include the RA number on the shipping label or packaging.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
- Additional restock fees may apply depending on product selection.
3. Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
- If the returned item(s) are approved for a refund, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, model, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to report the issue and request a replacement or refund.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request efficiently.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including customized or made-to-order items, and items that have been used or damaged after receipt.
